This is what a session looks like
Skills, apparatus and a lot of repetition, with coaches who know every gymnast by name. Most children arrive having never held a hoop.
Come and try it. The first class is free, and you'll know within the hour whether it suits your gymnast.

Every gymnast starts somewhere. Our recreational classes build skills and self-esteem in a fun, supportive environment, and when an athlete is ready for more, SRG Academy is the competitive team pathway waiting for them.

To Sofia, rhythmic gymnastics is far more than a sport. It is a true art form. She blends high-level athletic training with creative expression, believing every child has a unique beauty, story and voice that gymnastics can help reveal.
Alongside the recreational programs at Flawless Gymnastics, Sofia is head coach of SRG Academy, the competitive team pathway she developed for motivated athletes, a team culture built on respect, sportsmanship and hard work.
